These terms apply when you buy from Pika Goods. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we make

Selected products can be personalised with a name you choose. Small variations in finish, colour and texture are normal and are part of the character of the product, not defects.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Delivery is charged separately at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay, and is covered in our Shipping policy. We are prepaid only; there is no cash on delivery. Payment is taken securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can't fulfil it or suspect fraud, and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the name and spelling you enter. We print what you give us, so please check it before paying, because we can't remake a personalised item for a spelling mistake made at checkout. You must have the right to use the name you submit. We may decline to print anything that is offensive, unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's trademark or other rights; if we do, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery timelines are covered in our Shipping policy, and cancellations, replacements and refunds in our Refunds & cancellations policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

Please give us an accurate shipping address and contact details. We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete address information.

Liability

We take care to make and describe our products honestly. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi, India.
