Privacy policy

Pika Goodscollects only what it needs to make and deliver your order, answer you if you get in touch, and send product news when you ask for it. We don't sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your shipping address
• The name you asked us to print on your order, if any
• Your order details
• Your email address if you join our product-news list

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details. That data goes directly to Razorpay, a certified payment provider.

Why we use it

• To make your order and print the name you chose
• To ship it and let you track it
• To send you order and delivery updates by email
• To reply if you contact us
• To tell you about new products when you subscribe

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to complete your order: our courier (your name and address, to deliver), Razorpay (to take payment), and our email provider (to send confirmations and updates you requested). Each uses your data only to provide that service. We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't run third-party advertising.

Cookies and your browser

We keep this light. The site stores a small preference in your browser (for example, whether interface sounds are on) and uses what's needed to run checkout and the admin area. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet any legal or accounting obligations, then remove what we no longer need. If you join the product-news list, we keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@pikagoods.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
