When will my order arrive?
Usually ships in 2–3 days. Occasional delays can happen; we’ll email you if your order is delayed. Courier delivery takes a few more days depending on your location. Tracking is added to your order page when it ships. Shipping details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery across India is ₹149 per order, and free when your items total ₹649 or more after discounts. You see the full total before you pay.
Can I add a name or choose my colours?
Yes, on pieces with those options. Choose your colours and add a name on the product page at no extra charge. Leave the name blank for a plain piece. Please check the spelling before payment; we make it exactly as entered.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, choose a free replacement or a full refund. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Read the full policy.
How do I pay, and do I need an account?
No account needed. Pay securely through Razorpay with UPI, cards or netbanking. Orders are prepaid; cash on delivery is unavailable. Your confirmation email includes a link to follow your order.
